If you know us, you know we don't just sell cigars — we hunt them down. Every month, we dig through what's out there, chase the rare, the limited, and the hard-to-find, and bring the best of it straight to you. This month's list is no exception. These are the cigars that earned a spot on our shelves — and more importantly, a spot on this list.

1. Davidoff Puro d'Oro

Let's start with something special. The Davidoff Puro d'Oro is a discontinued line — and that alone should tell you everything you need to know about why it's here. Davidoff spent over a decade developing an exclusive wrapper grown specifically for this series, and the result is a cigar that delivers layers of creamy chocolate, cedar, spice, and a complexity that keeps you thinking from first draw to last. Finding one today is a privilege. We have them — in multiple formats.

Available formats:

Origin: Dominican Republic | Profile: Medium to Full | Creamy chocolate, cedar, spice, leather | Why it's on this list: Discontinued. Rare. Exceptional.

2. Plasencia Ehtëfal

Only 5,000 boxes were ever made. The Plasencia Ehtëfal — "celebration" in Arabic — was released as an ultra-premium limited edition with a sun-grown Jalapa wrapper and fillers aged a full 10 years. At $65 a stick, it demands your attention. And it delivers. The flavor profile is stunning — bold vanilla and coffee up front, layered with floral notes, oak, and a berry sweetness that keeps weaving in and out for the full two-hour experience. This is not a quick smoke. This is an occasion.

Origin: Nicaragua | Profile: Medium-Full | Vanilla, coffee, floral, oak, berry | Why it's on this list: 5,000 boxes. 10-year aged tobacco. Need we say more?

3. Fuente Fuente Opus X 20th Anniversary

Twenty years of Opus X called for something extraordinary. Released in 2016 to celebrate two decades of the landmark blend, the 20th Anniversary takes everything that makes the Opus X iconic and refines it into something more nuanced, more balanced, and arguably more complex. Presented in a striking cedar chest with blue, white, and gold detailing — a collector's piece before you even light it. Available in three formats.

Available formats:

Origin: Dominican Republic | Profile: Medium to Full | Coffee, cedar, cinnamon, dark fruit, black pepper | Why it's on this list: A once-in-a-generation anniversary release. Still out there — barely.

4. Bond Roberts Fenomenos Línea E No. 1

Bond Roberts doesn't make many cigars — but every one they release is worth paying attention to. The Fenomenos Línea E No. 1 is their most ambitious format yet — a large 7¾ x 54 Honduran puro blended by the legendary Hamlet Paredes. Don't let the size intimidate you. This is a long, slow, measured smoke with a light-medium profile that opens with bakery depth, nutmeg warmth, and a cinnamon sweetness that stays balanced from start to finish. Made for the kind of afternoon you don't want to end.

Origin: Honduras | Profile: Light-Medium | Bakery, nutmeg, cinnamon | Why it's on this list: A boutique brand doing things differently. And doing them well.

5. Arturo Fuente Rare Pink

There are cigars, and then there are cigars with a story. The Rare Pink was created by Carlito Fuente, inspired by his daughter Liana, who lost both her grandmother and aunt to breast cancer. A portion of every box sold goes directly to breast cancer research through The American Cancer Society. But beyond the cause — this is a serious cigar. An Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos, shaped in the classic Hemingway figurado style. Notes of cedar, coffee, oak, chocolate and cream in a medium-bodied experience that's as complex as it is meaningful. Small batch, limited release, and frequently out of stock. If you see it, you know what to do.

Origin: Dominican Republic | Profile: Medium | Cedar, coffee, chocolate, cream | Why it's on this list: A rare cigar with a bigger purpose.

At I Heart Cigars, we specialize in rare and hard-to-find cigars. If any of these caught your eye, don't wait — rare cigars don't stick around.
