Is there a minimum age to order?

We do not accept orders from customers under age 21, not even for accessories. All customers will be subject to age verification.

How do you guarantee the quality of the cigars on iHeartCigars?

All our cigars are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse and undergo a rigorous inspection upon receipt and again prior to dispatch. As standard practice, we inspect each box of cigars before mailing them, unless you specifically require your box unopened.

Are all products on your site currently in stock?

All products shown as available for purchase are currently in stock. On occasion, there may be an item that has failed quality inspection and therefore cannot be sold; if we do not have any replacement boxes, the order will be cancelled and refunded. We do not take back orders.

Are there any other ways to order cigars from you?

We only accept orders via our e-commerce platform. We do not operate a retail location, nor do we accept orders over the phone.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway. We do not accept cash, check, money order, or any alternative form of payment. For certain orders that have exceeded our risk parameters, our team may contact you for further verification.

What if I didn’t receive an order confirmation?

All orders will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail shortly after placement. If you haven't received an order confirmation, it could be for a variety of reasons: 1) You entered the wrong e-mail. 2) The order confirmation e-mail has been filtered to your spam. 3) You did not successfully complete the order. If you have verified that none of these apply, please contact our team at customercare@iheartcigars.com for further information.

What is the guarantee or warranty on your products?

iHeartCigars has a 2-week total satisfaction guarantee. Not happy for any reason? Send it back and we'll refund you for the remaining cigars, no questions asked. iHeartCigars does not purchase directly from manufacturers, as such no manufacturer warranty shall apply.

Where do you ship?

Currently iHeartCigars only ships within the U.S, and select international destinations. If you're located outside the US, please reach out. Due to local regulations, we are unable to ship cigars to Utah and Hawaii.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges depend on order size and shipping destination. All orders $99 and above ship free to the continental US.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We do our best to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, and on average continental US deliveries will take around 3-5 days. Orders received over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the next business day.

What happens if I suspect my order is lost or stolen?

If your tracking shows delivered, but you can’t find the product, we recommend you reach out to your postman or neighbors to ask if anyone is holding it on your behalf. If that fails, please reach out to our team at customercare@iheartcigars.com, and we will initiate an investigation with the post office and retrieve the item. If the product cannot be found, we will work with you to get a replacement item* certain reporting formalities may be required. iHeartCigars reserves the right to refuse the replacement of any order suspected of being fraudulent.

How are my cigars packaged?

We ship all our products vacuum-sealed and with a Boveda pack and foam protection to ensure that your cigars arrive in perfect condition. For certain boxes we will add additional protective materials.

What shipping service do you use?

Currently, we only ship via USPS First Class mail, however if you have a need for a specific service or expedited shipping, please contact customercare@iheartcigars.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What shipping restrictions should I be aware of?

Due to regulations, we do not ship to South Dakota, Utah or Hawaii. Additionally, California and Delaware law requires an adult signature at the time of delivery.

What is iHeartCigars return policy?

All returns must be made by mail within 14 days of the receipt of your order in original package. Please notify us before returning any items.
